- You can contact us if you think you have been treated unfairly, or you would like to make a complaint about something has happened to you.
- You can let the us know your ideas about how to make the ACT a better place for children and young people.
- You can join the ACTkids email network.
- You can call us about anything really - we will always listen to you!
Are you a parent?
- You can contact us if you think your children have been treated unfairly, or you would like to make a complaint about something has happened to your children.
- You can let us know your ideas about how to improve services for children and young people in the ACT.
Do you work with children and young people?
- You can contact us if you think a child or young person you are working with has been treated unfairly, or you would like to make a complaint about something has happened to a child or young person you are working with.
- You can let us know about some of the common problems experienced by the children and young people that you work with.
- You can let us know your ideas about how to improve services for children and young people in the ACT.
- You can give us some suggestions about how we could do things better.

The CYPC is open between 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
