The ACT Human Rights Commission is located at Level 4, 12 Moore Street, Canberra City (near the Jolimont Centre on Northbourne Avenue).

We are open between 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Complaints or concerns about the Commission

If you have a complaint regarding the quality of our customer service, or about a decision that we have made, please telephone the Commission on (02) 6205 2222 to discuss your concerns.  Or, please write to the relevant Commissioner for the area you have been dealing with.

If you do not know which Commissioner to write to, just call the Commission and we will tell you.
