Conciliation

Conciliation of a complaint involves an impartial Conciliator helping you and the service provider to resolve the complaint, usually by holding a conciliation conference.  Conciliation is voluntary and confidential.  If the complaint is resolved, you may sign a legally binding agreement and the complaint is closed.
