Make a complaint
If you have a complaint about a service for older people, including about a retirement community, you may make a complaint to the Human Rights Commission.
To make a complaint, you will be required to complete a form, detailing the nature of your complaint. There is also an opportunity on the form for you to detail how you think the complaint may be resolved. Please see below to download a complaint form.
