Section 95 notice
Did you know if a service is provided at premises, providers have an obligation under section 95 of the Human Rights Commission Act 2005 to provide information in a prominent position to service consumers about their right to make complaints under the Human Rights Commission Act 2005 and the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (ACT) and how feedback may be given to the service provider.
