It’s easy for you to raise concerns or complaints about discrimination or vilification with us because of race, national origin, colour, ethnic origin, immigration or visa status or religion.
You can talk to us anonymously or confidentially about your concerns and we can give you information about your options or help you make a complaint.
We can help you deal with concerns about
- discrimination in employment, education, accommodation, provision of services
- vilification on the basis of race, ethnicity, colour or religion
- sexual harassment
- health services & individual health practitioners (e.g. doctors, nurses, dentists)
- abuse, neglect or exploitation of people over 60 or an adult with a disability
- services for older people such as aged care or retirement villages
- services for people with a disability
- services for victims of crime
- services for children & young people such as education, sport or health services
- occupancy & accommodation
We will try and help you resolve the concern or complaint. If we can’t deal with an issue or the issues cannot be resolved through our process, we will talk to you about other options.
