Client Services Charter 2026-2029: have YourSay
The ACT Human Rights Commission promotes the human rights and wellbeing of everyone living in the ACT. Every 3 years, the Commission asks our community for feedback on the Client Services Charter.
The charter explains, in Easy English, what we do and what you can expect from us:
- how people can contact the Commission if they are unhappy with a decision
- how people can give feedback
- how people can complain if things go wrong.
The consultation period on the charter is open from 17 February 2026 until 14 April 2026.
Feedback on the charter can be provided in different ways including:
- filling in a short survey
- uploading a submission
- leaving a voicemail message.
For more information and to provide your feedback, visit the Commission’s YourSay consultation page.
